About Winter Wonderland
A Season of Joy, Lights & Ice
Discover Homestead: Winter Wonderland transforms Downtown Homestead into a dazzling holiday destination from November 22, 2025 through January 18, 2026. Centered around a real outdoor ice rink in Losner Park, this 60-day celebration brings festive cheer, themed weekends, and live entertainment to South Florida.
Guests may enter the experience at no cost. Skating will require a ticket. Skip the line and purchase tickets online, or buy tickets in person.
Guests can enjoy food trucks, artisan vendors, Santa visits, and special performances under a canopy of holiday lights—all hosted by the City of Homestead in partnership with Discover Homestead. Whether you’re skating for the first time or coming back for family traditions, there’s something magical waiting for everyone.

What is Discover Homestead: Winter Wonderland Experience?
Discover Homestead: Winter Wonderland Experience is a 60-day holiday celebration featuring a real outdoor ice rink in Downtown Homestead. From November 22, 2025, through January 18, 2026, guests can skate under the stars, enjoy festive treats, and experience themed nights and family-friendly entertainment—all in the heart of South Florida.
Where is the event located?
The event takes place at Losner Park, located at 104 N Krome Ave, Homestead, FL 33030—right in the center of Downtown Homestead.
When is the ice rink open?
The rink operates from November 22, 2025, to January 18, 2026, with session times and hours of operation varying by date.
(Free skating for children under 13 on opening night only. Tickets will be limited, so please reserve online in advance.)
How long is each skating session?
Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes, which includes check-in and skate fitting time.
When should I arrive for my session?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled skate time to allow for check-in and skate fitting.
Is this real ice?
Yes! It’s real ice. Ice-America’s aluminum floor system can quickly adjust to sudden temperature spikes while maintaining real ice, even in outdoor temperatures up to 90°F.
All guests must complete a liability waiver prior to skating at Winter Wonderland.To save time at check-in, we encourage you to complete your waiver online before arriving at Losner Park.
